Decibels Inc offers group medical insurance to all full time employees. Employees will be eligible for insurance after 90 days of employment.
Decibels, Inc. will pay up to 75% per month toward each employee's medical premiums
(for employee coverage only).
Decibels, Inc. recognizes the need for insured protection for our employees in case of illness or accident. Our group plan includes medical, prescription drugs, vision and hospital. Dental is available at group rates paid by employee.
